How Engagements Are Priced

Phased, and priced the way the work actually happens.

Every engagement runs through the same phases — a diagnostic, then implementation, then an ongoing retainer at the tier that matches your transaction volume. The figures below are the Firm's standard fee schedule, set out in full in every engagement letter. Your own letter confirms the exact scope and tier before anything is billed.

One-time & annual phases

Paid once, at the stage each is completed — none of these recur unless you ask us to redo the work.

2 — Implementation₹20,000

Tier C — Extended

For higher transaction volume and a practice that wants a standing management-accounts rhythm.

₹18,000/month
  • Up to 150 transactions a month
  • Everything in Tier B
  • Receivables & payables tracking with ageing
  • Quarterly management accounts
  • Quarterly review call
Start on Tier C

A transaction is one debit or credit entry in the business bank account, or one sales invoice issued. Volume over a tier's cap is billed at ₹1,500 per block of 25 transactions in the month it arises; three consecutive months over cap and either side can call for a move to the next tier. All fees are exclusive of GST. From the second year, the retainer and Annual Review continue and are billed quarterly in advance at three times the monthly rate, unless terminated on 30 days' notice.

One-off work outside these phases — a single certificate, a corporate registration, a trust setup, statutory or tax audit, or representation in any scrutiny or appeal — sits outside this schedule and is quoted separately. See the full service catalog for everything covered, or try the Fit Check and Tax Compare tools before you talk to us.

Not sure which tier fits?

Say roughly how many transactions a month and whether you're GST-registered — we'll tell you honestly which tier makes sense.
