How An Engagement Runs

Four stages, in order.

We don't propose implementation before we've written down what we actually found — every engagement follows the same sequence.

1

Discovery

A conversation about where your income, clients, and time actually sit — no commitment either way. We ask about residency history, business structure, banking, and current compliance.

2

Diagnostic

Residency, FEMA, GST, and structure reviewed together, delivered as one written memo with a clear action list — usually within 5–7 business days of receiving your documents.

3

Implementation

Registrations, filings, and account changes carried out — the memo turned into working infrastructure: GST registration, LUT, entity setup, invoice templates.

4

Ongoing Retainer

Books, returns, and an annual strategy review, so nothing depends on you remembering a deadline — the compliance calendar becomes our problem, not yours.

What we ask for at Discovery

Having these ready before the first call speeds up everything that follows.

  • Passport (stamped pages) and a rough day-count of time spent in India over the last few years
  • Bank statements — both Indian and foreign accounts, if applicable
  • Sample client contracts or recent invoices
  • Existing GST registration details, if any
  • Prior year's income-tax return, if one was filed

Ready for the first conversation?

Discovery calls carry no commitment — it's how we both find out if there's a real problem to solve.
